We find that our students become more confident to stand up to bullies and have more humility and kindness to become bully-proof. When students feel confident due to their training, they don’t get picked on by bullies.Â
We encourage parents to watch their children in their kids martial arts lessons. We love parents getting involved! And so do their kids. Even better… join into some of our martial arts classes for adults. Your kids will love that you have something in common. It will build a strong family bond!
Additionally, if you wanted some ‘me-time’? Simply drop them off, and go grab a coffee. They will greet you with a huge smile when you return, because they had SO much fun!
No, not at all! We find that people start at varying fitness levels. But, you will find that you do get fit by doing our Inverness & Hoover martial arts classes. Isn’t that the point though? A fun workout that gets results!
The journey to black belt is an individual one. Something we take pride in our program is that all student can progress at their own pace. As instructors we learn to bring out the individual potential of each student and know that no two students are the same.Â
On average, a student starting in our regular programs will take 3 to 3.5 years to progress to Black Belt.Â
The achievement will be something that students will be able to use on college applications and job resumes.Â

This is a great question. Our philosophy is Tae Kwon Do can be so beneficial for so many people. We have students of a range of ages, abilities and with different medical diagnosis.Â
We start everyone off with a FREE Intro class to only to give you a taste of what our instruction is like, but also to make sure we feel this will be a good fit. We are looking to make sure all students will benefit from our program and we have the capacity to service you the right way.Â
In the event someone isn’t ready for our program, we will have a professional conversation with you and give you our recommendations.Â
